This week we made a rockit for N.J.R.L we are shooting them tomorrow. in enjoyed making and designing the rockit. how high can i shoot the rockit i will find out tomorrow.

Term 2 2020 Maths Grid. 

This is my Term 2 math gird. I am getting better at my math step by step even if one time i do less than another time. i enjoy that i am getting better at my timetable. but i think i can still do better.

Dust traps

This week we made dust traps to collect dust and see how clean or dirty our houses is.I enjoyed making
the dust trap and seeing how dirty it was at the end of the week.I am still wondering if I should put 10
dust traps around the house I don't know.

The Four winds

This week we made a maori myth about the four winds. I learnt the four winds names and their personalities.I a enjoyed making the picture of what i think one of the four winds would look like as a person in voki. I am still wondering if I should make the other three characters of the four winds and put them in blog post.

Hero Engine

This week we made 3 slideshows on the hero engine . The hero engine is a Steam Powered ko-engine which spins, we didn't do the steam version but we did it with water because it was too dangerous with the stem. We did the hero engine task to learn more about the hero and his inventions. I learnt that if you use one variable at a time you  gain more information.  I learnt  that  small holes in the can make it spin to make the water power the engine.  I definitely enjoyed making and testing the hero engine. I thought it was fascinating how the water moved. I enjoyed how the variables changed and made me think about the other ways I could do things.  I really want to know if I could poke 20 holes in the bottom of the can and if that would work.

Mini rocket dart

Last week we made mini rocket ship darts and you fly them with straw. We did it to explore more types
of thrust.I Enjoyed shooting the rocket ship up into the air.I am still wondering how big you could make
a rocket dart.
