kite slideshow

This is my kite slideshow on what I know about kite and my kite designs that I made .This week we had
to make two kites and fly them with and without the tail. I learnt that kites fly a lot better with the tail then
without the tail.We didn't get to fly the kite because there was no wind but I enjoyed building the kite.
I am still wondering if other shapes ok it's will fly better without the tail. please enjoy it my slideshow. 

 

Manu tukutuku

This is my poem about Manu tukutuku that I did this week. I learnt how to make a cinquain poem.
I also learnt what a noun is and more about Adjectives. I enjoyed learning and writing new words
like mesmerising.I am still wondering about different designs for Manu tukutuku.

Catapult plane Exploring thrust

This week we had to make a slideshow on paper planes and how they fly when you shoot them with
the rubber band. I learnt what thrust means and the different ways you can use it.I enjoyed shooting
the plane and measuring how far it went.I'm wondering if I can get the rubber band to 20 cm long.

ANZAC work

This week we had to make Anzac slideshows for Anzac Day. We had to pick at least 10 activities out of 16.
I learnt lots of things like How many people were shot killed and injured in the battle of gallipoli. And how long
Australia and New Zealand were in the British Empire Australia was 13 years and New Zealand was 7.
I enjoyed learning and reading the stories about battles.

I want to hear more stories about battles because they are really cool. Please have a look through my
